Local is nice:

Real simple sometimes how to enjoy the outdoors.  This weekend I spent time with family at a cottage.  Grabbed the wife's camera and walked to the cliffs and looked out to the sea.

How I wish there were miles of coast unspoilt and no habitation.  To walk for three days or more days on end and have only wild land.  Wild coast walking and camping is a must to do.

Have you seen Erin and Hig's DVD yet Martin?

No I have not.  Forgot all about it. Will chase now.  Might read the book again as well.  Superb tale.  Jura is looking the best bet for UK.  Still can bag a bivy night on the coast of Norfolk.  Wild in places.

The DVD is great, really gives you great visuals to an already great book. Highly recommended (especially watching the second time with the commentary switched on).

To my shame I've never been to Norfolk, but keep thinking about the Peddars Way. Never even knew that Norfolk had cliffs.......

Ordering it ASAP.

Cliffs found in the North.  Not that high but nice in places.  Hunstanton has the most well known Norfolk cliffs.  Peddars Way and Coast path make for good walking.

Norfolk is a county that is hard not to love.

It was a nice day.  Tad cold at times in the shade.  But great to be out with family.

Norfolk has some fantastic spots to charm you with Carl.  Some family were up from your home town enjoying it.

Great shot of the cliff. Love coastal walking as well. Looked like a pretty good day when you went out.

WFT, thanks.  Coastal walking is great.  Wild coast is something I want to experience.  Thanks for commenting.

North Norfolk is a jewel, Martin!  Spent many, many hours there over the years as a keen birdwatcher as well as a walker.  It's easy to lose the crowds even in high season.  Nice images, it's plain to see how the coast in this area is vulnerable to erosion by the sea.

It is a changing coastline Steve.  A battle that we lose.  The North is the best section.  Bird watching wise it is a top 5 UK destination.

Holkham beach is one to always enjoy there
